Suivez les \u00e9tapes ci-dessous :<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 V\u00e9rifier que le contrat est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 sur le portail des finances<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Allez sur le portail financier et entrez dans la zone Contrats de location. Dans le cas contraire, le taux standard de 25% s'appliquera.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 Respecter l'\u00e9ch\u00e9ance de la communication (14 f\u00e9vrier)<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Les propri\u00e9taires doivent communiquer la dur\u00e9e du contrat au plus tard le 14 f\u00e9vrier de l'ann\u00e9e qui suit le d\u00e9but du bail. Si le contrat a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00fbment d\u00e9clar\u00e9, cette information sera automatiquement prise en compte dans le tableau 4.2 de l'annexe F de l'IRS.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Attention !
