Je r\u00eavais d'\u00eatre v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire. J'ai fini par \u00eatre dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en droit et par faire mon stage juridique. J'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler dans un cabinet d'avocats. Je me suis vite rendu compte que je voulais travailler dans des entreprises, et j'ai fini par travailler dans plusieurs d'entre elles, dans les domaines de la location de voitures, du cin\u00e9ma et du golf, en tant que directeur commercial, directeur juridique et administrateur. Ce n'est qu'en 2003 que l'immobilier est arriv\u00e9, avec l'Empresa P\u00fablica de Urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o de Lisboa, o\u00f9 j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en tant que directeur juridique. C'\u00e9tait une excellente \u00e9cole, ind\u00fbment liquid\u00e9e par l'actuel premier ministre, alors qu'il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sident de la CML. C'\u00e9tait l'espoir de nombreux jeunes (programme EPUL JOVEM), et aussi le promoteur de la premi\u00e8re maison familiale de ceux qui y ont mis fin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-989cc9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"989cc9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quels sont les principaux d\u00e9fis auxquels est confront\u00e9 un promoteur immobilier ? L'octroi de licences a hypoth\u00e9qu\u00e9 ce secteur pendant des d\u00e9cennies, ce qui s'est traduit par une invitation permanente \u00e0 la corruption. Soit ce panorama est radicalement modifi\u00e9, soit le Portugal ne pourra pas \"d\u00e9coller\". Le pays a besoin d'un projet, d'horizons et d'objectifs. Il n'en a pas.<\/p><p>En termes macro\u00e9conomiques, le Portugal a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de deux facteurs tr\u00e8s importants : le tourisme et le secteur immobilier. L'attractivit\u00e9 du pays et l'excellent travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le domaine du tourisme ont chang\u00e9 la donne. Il n'en va pas de m\u00eame pour la modernisation du pays et, en particulier, pour l'\u00e9radication de la bureaucratie. Le Portugal a besoin d'efficacit\u00e9 et d'agressivit\u00e9 dans les affaires. Mais, malheureusement, l'activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique est souvent confondue avec la sp\u00e9culation.
