Uno de estos acuerdos, aunque a menudo se pasa por alto, es el contrato de pr\u00e9stamo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un contrato de pr\u00e9stamo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El contrato de pr\u00e9stamo, tal y como se estipula en el C\u00f3digo Civil, es un tipo de contrato \u00fanico en el que una parte (el prestamista) entrega un bien, mueble o inmueble, a otra parte (el arrendatario) para su uso, con la obligaci\u00f3n de devolverlo en las mismas condiciones. Lo que distingue a este contrato es que es gratuito: no se exige ning\u00fan pago por el uso del bien.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principales caracter\u00edsticas de un contrato de pr\u00e9stamo<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ak-ol\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Duraci\u00f3n y cancelaci\u00f3n: Normalmente, la duraci\u00f3n de un contrato de pr\u00e9stamo es acordada por ambas partes.
